That’s the future envisioned by Steve Hill, president and CEO of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, who joined other top officials Wednesday at the Sports and Entertainment Innovation Convention to tout Las Vegas’ breakneck rise as a global sports capital — and to preview what’s next.
“This is a city that’s built remarkable things,” Hill said during a keynote panel at the Bellagio. “We’ve been able to make big ideas real for decades — and now we’re doing it in pro sports.”
