Grant Ward is from Germany, and was raised in Tucson, Arizona. His life was centered around sports as everyone in his family was heavily involved with athletics since he was kid. The Fall 2023 semester marks Grant’s first year in the Intercollegiate and Professional Sports Management master’s program at UNLV. He recently received his bachelor’s degree in journalism and media studies with a concentration in public relations at UNLV in Spring 2023. He most recently interned at the Food & Beverage magazine during which he conducted interviews, created articles, and worked with their editorial team. Grant aspires to work in the Las Vegas sport industry, and wants to attain an administration or managerial position for a professional sports organization. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, and hanging out with friends.
